1. About these terms

This website runs on OurTeamSports, a platform operated by Hollow Holdings, LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site and to everyone who holds an account on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the site collects and how it is handled.

2. Who does what

Hollow Holdings, LLC provides and operates the platform. The team program (the H.H. Dow High Chargers hockey program, meaning its coaches and designated site administrators) decides what is published here, including the roster, photos, schedules, sponsors and alumni profiles, and decides who is invited to have an account. Questions about the site’s content go to the program; questions about the platform or these terms go to privacy@ourteamsports.com.

3. Accounts

Accounts are by invitation only. If you accept an invitation, you agree to:

• keep your password and two-factor authentication device to yourself, and not share your account;
• keep your recovery codes somewhere safe;
• be responsible for what is done through your account; and
• tell the program’s administrators, or email privacy@ourteamsports.com, promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Accounts are not available to children under 13.

4. Acceptable use

If you hold an account, you agree not to:

• post anything you do not have the right to post, including photos or personal details of another person, especially a minor, without appropriate permission;
• post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that invades someone’s privacy;
• use your access for anything other than the program’s own site and activities;
• try to reach parts of the site your role does not allow, get around sign-in protections, or probe, scan, or overload the platform;
• upload malware or files disguised as something else; or
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or school or league rules.

5. Content ownership

The program owns the content it publishes on this site, or has permission from whoever does. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to us.

By publishing content on the site, the program grants Hollow Holdings, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, back up, format and display that content, only as needed to operate and provide the site. That license ends when the content is removed, except for copies that remain in backups until those backups expire.

The program is responsible for its content, including having appropriate permission to publish the names and images of student-athletes. The OurTeamSports software and platform remain the property of Hollow Holdings, LLC.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights or should not be published, contact the program or email privacy@ourteamsports.com.

6. Schedules and information

Game times, venues, events and other information on this site are entered by the program and can change, including at short notice because of weather, facilities, or league decisions. We do not guarantee that anything on the site is accurate, complete, or current. Please confirm important details with the program before relying on them.

7. Outside services

The site links to services we do not control, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and sponsors’ websites, and can play the team’s YouTube videos once you choose to. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes to the site

We work to keep the site available, but it is provided without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

The program’s administrators may disable or delete an account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the site or an account if these terms are broken, if the security of the platform requires it, or if we stop providing the platform for this site. You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted. Deleting an account erases your details and sign-in credentials but keeps the audit log’s entries for changes the account made, credited to a “Deleted user”; the Privacy Policy lists exactly what is removed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollow Holdings, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Hollow Holdings, LLC or its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will the total liability of Hollow Holdings, LLC to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the site exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the site in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
